Session Access Control

Similar to ticketing, this feature allows you to control who is allowed into which sessions. We use unique access tokens bound to attendees to dictate whether that attendee should be granted or denied access to particular sessions.

Access control grants or denies attendees enterance to a session based on their registration. As attendees are scanned, the application will inform you whether or not they are granted admission to the session in question.

SwiftLeads can be customized to suit your needs using different parameters to personalize your experience:

Full screen color mode upon scan (red/green) to indicate admitted/denied access.

Already Tagged Feature - Each attendee can only be scanned one time; thereafter, they will be flagged as "Already Tagged."
